Hog Blog, When eggs is not just any eggs!

Molly The Wally is a chef.

The world most expensive omelette.

Norma’s restaurant in Manhattan’s Le Parker Meridien Hotel has laid claim to the world's most expensive omelette, setting you back a mere $1,000. Called the Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata, it comprises of an omelette filled with lobster and topped with $650 worth of caviar. Just needs a few gold flakes and serve with a of a bottle of Cristal Champagne. For seasoning you can add salt made from human tears. You can even choose what kind of tears you like, picking from salt made from tears of anger, sorrow, laughter, chopping onions or sneezing, cheap at £30 a set. Checked out the store cupboard and will be making my own version for supper tonight. Infused with Omega 3 fish oil, my omelette will be mixed with bite sized pieces of tripe and topped with chocolate ant sprinkles and a few tuna flakes. Instead of chives as I am allergic to anything green I will stick two rodeo bars in it. I’m drooling at just the thought of it so off to rattle some pots and pans.

And for those wishing to cook this up for supper tonight here is what you will need. Happy eating folks, Bon Appetite!

Ingredients for this little Eggs-travangance!
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • 1½ tablespoons of butter
  • 1 lobster
  • 5 tablespoons of heavy cream
  • 10 ounces American Sturgeon caviar.
  • Two chive leaves arranged in the manner of a two fingered salute! Enjoy.....

  16. Holey Moley, that's one expensive omelet. We prefer mums, just eggs, ham, cheese and chopped tomato. We'd rather have $1000 spent on us hehe. Take care sweetie. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory

    1. Hello me pals down under, yours sounds good to me too but a sprinkling of beef and hold the toms is just what I need. My raid on the larder was confiscated so my attempts at tripe supper was thwarted , ended up with sad boring vile kibbles lite. Hellllp friends!

    1. Hi Frank The Tank , I was thinking of a loiter round the rubbish bins which we can't afford to be emptied and then a jog to poundland where we might find some scram before jetting off to the tax-haven sun drenched play boy paradise's where we can invite our doglet friends to join.
