Dog Blog Paws for Thought.

Paws for thought, Molly The Wally

Paws for thought, how to train your human.

Call of the wild, we are told that 30,000 years of being our best friend have genetically changed humans to be like us. My human is a particularly difficult specimen and much time and patience was spent training and schooling. If you really want to get the most out of your human you must show whose boss. I suggest bed hogging, bagging the best chair and being the owner of the remote control usually spells out who is top dog. Problems with sharing of food is a common issue and can usually be resolved by jumping up, begging and drooling. Should these fail a bit of counter surfing and bin raiding can be good stand-bys in times of need.  Loitering during walks is particularly annoying so my top tip is head off to the park at breakneck speed dragging your idle owner along with you. Remember the exercise will do them good. Lastly obedience training takes time and effort and don’t forget your human is for life not just for Christmas!
