Flog It Blog It, More Lost In Translation!

Molly The Wally Sits Down & Has A Think!
We have many friends from around the world and we never get tired of the funny stuff that comes up when we hit the translation button. So today and tomorrow we thought we'd take another look at when things get lost in translation.

We bet you wished you were out on ship 'Whale Washing'. Make sure you bring a big bottle of shampoo!

Hmm feeeling peckish now........how about some healthy salad? It is new and it is quick.

Nothing like the great outdoors and some critter watching?

Hmmm someone never finished High School? Hmm how many of those got printed off before someone noticed?

OK now let's stop for a nice coffee and a chat?

Feeling like a good long holiday?

Fancy trying The Catch Of The Day?

Back to the idea of a nice long holiday again. Lets all go on a coach trip?

Hmm we agree this is actually pants!

And lastly this is where my peeps lives!

Have a terrific Tuesday.

  9. Too funny Molly, and not to worry, I won't feed the alligators! Hey, there is a sign on a truck stop not to far from her, it says "EAT HERE - GET GAS", yikes!

  11. The Fook King restaurant reminds me of one here called "Pho King". They serve vietnamese food and pho is a popular dish. I think it's supposed to be pronounced "Fuh" but I've never heard anyone call it that.

  28. Whale washing might be fun! I just don't want to brush their teeth.

Reminds me of when we were in St. Petersburg, Russia (not Florida!) and we went to a Chinese restaurant (because it was one of the few that had a menu that was also in English). There was an item on the menu that said it was "Fish in the shape of a squirrel." We did NOT order it - just in case it was squirrel in the shape of a fish....
