Drool while they cool.

What did you say about an angry looking turkey behind me!

The Thanksgiving Turkey.
By DJack Prelutsky

The turkey shot out of the oven
and rocketed into the air,
it knocked every plate off the table
and partly demolished a chair.

It ricocheted into a corner
and burst with a deafening boom,
then splattered all over the kitchen
completely obscuring the room.

It stuck to the walls and the windows
it totally coated the floor,
there was turkey attached to the ceiling
where there’d never been turkey before.

It blanketed every appliance
and smeared every saucer and bowl,
there wasn’t a way I could stop it
The turkey was out of control.

I scrapped and I scrubbed with displeasure
And thought with chagrin as I mopped,
That I’d never again stuff a turkey
With popcorn that hadn’t been popped.

Hey Ratty Rat shall we try some?

Molly The Wally & The Gobble Them Up Thanksgiving Turkey Treats 11

I know never eat with your mouth open.

Refrigerate if there are any left over.

You can pop them back in the cooling oven to dry them out so they keep longer but we never get round to that part.

  26. The mom here-
This recipe looks very yummy and I will definitely have to make it for the Beaglebratz - especially since it looks a lot easier than the turkey loaf I RARELY make for them. Loved the evil eye from Tom Turkey.

Have a question - I know you are one of our most loyal followers/commenters and I was just wondering if you had been by our blog today? Maybe I am a little paranoid (that can happen sometimes especially using blogger). The Beaglebratz put up a new post early this morning and I just checked - no new comments. I know blogger has been messing with the spam filter I did use (I don't see that option now) and I wonder if blogger turned on the moderation for me (bless their little pee-brained hearts). I am at work rite now and cannot check that stuff - I will when I get home. But it's not like Team Beaglebratz to go without at least a couple of comments by now. If you have a chance could you see if you see any comments - the post is about We Wanna Help Too. Then maybe shoot an email to imabeaglemama(AT)gmail(DOT)com. Or I can wait til I get home but I can check email here at work. Gotta get back to work now.
    Thank you ever so much.
    Kim

  27. Molly you are a real hostess with the mostest - I bet everyone enjoys your turkey Thanksgiving dish as much as ratty. Those Turkeys looked like they were just waiting for you to make mincemeat of them. If I get any more mice, I will give you a shout - the trouble is they hang out in the roof and it's small up there - nobody fits except mice - we left them a meal out - not unlike your turkey mince but laced with a little surprise - and they ate their last supper and died happy.

  28. Haha, you should be on TV Molly.
