We all need our own space from time to
time. Whether it is the desire to explore the world outside or to flee from our
owners’ incessant picture taking with the flashy beast, these animals hatched
their own escape plans. Sadly they mostly failed but they tried... and that's
what counts. We dedicate this post to Sarge (here) who is sadly in the dog house after biting the hand that feeds. Sarge we hope you are forgiven soon.
I have an appetite for destruction? No just fancied some coffee.
Just checking out the ventilation?
Help I think I am stuck?
I want out of this crib!
Fencing practice?
A little bit of bar work!
Freedom at last!
OK what was the combination?
Hmm I can smell bacon......!
OK I may not have thumbs.....but who needs them?
Sarge hope you are out of the dog house now pal?
We gotta be FREE!
ReplyDeleteWhen you break through in Australia, we're in the middle of NSW....only city in the Central West.
XXXOOO Daisy, Bella & Roxy
THE GREAT ESCAPES! Molly dearest, have you ever tried this at home? I THINK NOT! Mum would not have it, would she? Besides, you are a happy Miz Molly and all you want is to chase squiggles. Speaking of which, I was observing one last evening that was eating meat off of a rib bone that he found in the trash somewhere, and he decided to come and gnaw that bone down to the marrow, in my GARDEN!
ReplyDeleteStay out of the doghouse Miz Molly and be the good girl that you are.....
Those are great! I had a friend whose pup used to jump on top of the wood fence and not escape but would walk the perimeter of the fence just balancing on the inside 2x4.
ReplyDeleteoh molly i think you are in a pretty perfect place no need to run away

ReplyDeleteNo joke - the first time we crated Finn, my husband and I left her for three hours, and when we got home, she had gotten out. Just pushed her way through a loose wall opening and completely destroyed the house. Ah, memories!

Hello, Molly darling! Oh, we crabby girls had a huge chuckle about these creative escapees. Teeheehee. Goodness, we are all agog about that adorable turtle climber and his gorgeous shell! We have been known to climb everything in our crabitat and try to escape ourselves. Sarge is so very happy that you thought of him today and he is having a big BWAR HAR HAR over these photos too. He was proclaimed innocent and freed today. Thanks so very much for your support. You are a wonderful friend and so very lovely too!

Love the expression on the kitten's face, climbing that fence. And that dog going over the fence...! Gees, we thought our Nicki was bad enough in his escape abilities (hence the reason for our current fence/prison set up).
ReplyDeleteBut escapes often are not in our best interest. We hope Sarge is not in trouble still!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Thanks for the tips for when I get incarcerated!! ;)
ReplyDeleteSome of those expressions were priceless!
Hey Molly, is that Ruby the Nose going over the fence for BACON!
ReplyDeleteThe Mad Scots
Holy cow! That crate pic kills me! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog! It's a pleasure to meet ya!
These are all great, we can't stop laughing.
ReplyDeleteWe think the wild eyes on that lizard fellow sort of sums up the occasional need for freedom. Either that or he sees a cat. MOL!
We are so happy Sarge was cleared of all charges and is not free.
