At 11am On The 11th Day Of The 11th Month We Remember!


And the moat at The Tower of London is now full of poppies. 



888,245 poppies in honour of those fallen with the last to be placed at 11am.


Today At 11am On The 11th Day Of The 11th Month we remember those who gave their lives for us.

  5. this is the MOST AWESOME sight I have ever seen. i can't decide which is better, the tower at the end or all those poppies flooding down. touching, beautiful and awesome... i have never seen this before.

  6. It's Remembrance Day here in Canada too, of course, and it will be especially poignant given recent events in Quebec and in Ottawa.

  14. We just went and read more about the poppies. What a spectacular tribute. Wish we could see it in person. And, we did of course notice the minis were appropriately outfitted for their tribute! Awesome post my friends!
