It's a bookie called Winterdance by Gary Paulsen. A doglet bookie at that.

This bookie has been passed to many doglets owners and is dog eared and much read and much loved. I will enjoy it Nora and when I have finished we will have a little competition to see who the next recipient will be. Maybe it could be you? What country could it go to next?
