Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,

But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

Sorry for stealing butter and then using your legs as a
Sorry for the cat attack alerts in the wee small hours.
Sorry for helping in the garden but we aren’t to know which
are flowers and which are weeds.
Sorry for the huge vet bill due to encounters of a close
kind with the evil cat Maudikae.
Sorry for rolling in bubble gum and getting it all over
the soft furnishings.
