Nominated by last week’s guest Jazzis’ World!
It's a four foot long stick! I am only a foot and a few inches.
It is impossible to find a coat that will cover my butt and belly and still fit.

Hi! I'm Dachshund Nola, and this blog is about ME and my life as a crazy, fun loving Doxie.
In my opinion, everything should be about ME, but until my plan for world domination takes effect I'll be keeping this blog about ME.
7 words that best describe me? Hmm, that's a tough one. I'll have to go with: Beautiful, Smart, Stubborn, Loving, Active, Loud, Feisty.
As you see, I'm very photogenic and love the camera, so much I'll bark and shove if it's pointed at anyone but me!
Contrary to popular belief about Dachshunds, I LOVE to learn and train! Love it, I have the smarts and focus of a Border Collie. I catch on really fast, even faster then my Mom's late lab, and learn simple commands like sit and down in just a few minutes.
I have severe allergies to corn and soy, and if I have the smallest bit of them I break out in hives, crazy itching, ear infections, upset tummy and suppressed immune system. So Mom makes all my food and is very careful about treats I get.
I may be tiny, but I rule the roost here! There aren't enough words to describe ME, so stick around and you'll see why!

Continuing to give something back on my ‘Share It Sunday’. We all share and we grow together.
From the author Molly The Wally.
And don’t forget Roo’s Power Of The Paw web site where we can stop over and wish our furry friends who are under the weather well.
Who is in the Spooky Gallery today? To join in pop over to Mollie & Alfie and leave a comment asking to be spookified.
We love Nola! She looks SO proud (look at her TAIL!) with herself in the last 2 pictures of her with the stick. :)
ReplyDeletecan you ask Nola if she would share this fantastic stick with me?
ReplyDeleteYIKES!!! WHO GOES THERE, this FIENDISH PHANTOM!!!
ReplyDeleteAnd you little wiener dog, look at you! You remind me of ME, small in stature, but not afraid to take on a BIG STICK and drag it around until I learn to manipulate it! You are just darling in your little coat and that TOO reminds me of me....some cloths just don't fit me anymore!
BIG HUGS to you all, and Miz Molly! Anita
Ya gotta love a girl with a stick!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose

NOLA always goes fur BIG toys! She amazes me.
ReplyDeleteI love the new Spooky Pictures. Our furends all look SOOOOOOO scary.
How cute is that, Nola surely is a strong girl, stick is 10 times bigger than her.
ReplyDeleteHi Molly,
ReplyDeleteYou had mentioned finding our missing Angel with Facebook. We are currently not on facebook and if you have any way making a flier or getting the info out, we would greatly appreciate any help you could offer in our efforts to help Angel get home.
thanks so kindly,
24 Paws of Love

ReplyDeletewe think its a tree

We all love Nola and her family and we miss her sweet little sister who had to leave her way too young. And wowzers, that is one very BIG stick.
ReplyDeleteWoos - Phantom, Thunder, Ciara, and Lightning
We love Nola. That is a remarkably big stick for such a little girl!

I agree with TexWisGirl, Nola is one feisty girl! It doesn't seem she understands she should try to carry a smaller stick, you know, one that is nearly her size, instead!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I announced that Goose won the SILLY SATURDAY PHOTO CAPTION CONTEST but since he won twice he is willing to hand over (paw over, I mean) his prize to the 2nd contestant in line and that would be YOU! Would you like the honors? If so, I will edit my post and link it to yours so that everyone can congratulate you instead! I'll also need you to send your mailing address to - misskitty32504ATyahooDOTcom so I can send your prizes and certificate soon!
That is a very long stick. Nola must have some skills!
ReplyDeleteYour friends,
Murphy & Stanley
BEWARE of the girl that carries a BIG stick.. Love those pictures Nola!!

ReplyDeleteNola
P.S. Don't know if I can give suggestions, but you should do Lily Belle and Muffin from The Doxie Life of Lily, Muffin and Their Humans next week!
ReplyDeleteGood job on the stick, Nola! I knows what you means about the coat business. I is a pro at wiggling out of my sweaters! It is because of our majestically long dachshund bodies.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Reuben
