Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
Flight attendant Marty Cobb found a novel way to ensure that passengers listened to safety regulations by turning her presentation into a comedy monologue. Enjoy!
We saw those on Face Book. SHE only gets the video thingy when SHE travels....except the time SHE was the ONLY passenger on the Sydney-Dubbo flight. Then the co-pilot sat down next to HER and read the card with HER.
Brilliant. Anyone who can settle a crowd with laughter is alright with me. I hate to fly, I always try to calm myself down, but when someone can do the comedy for me and settle my heart, they are a star. What a great way to take off! MIZ MOLLY, HELLO!
That was brilliantly done. It certainly would get the attention of the passengers, and humour is a terrific way to get your message across, as well as calm any nervous fliers (our human, for instance). :-)
We saw that video last week and it was hilarious! Ma wonders why there's no flight attendant like that on the flights she has taken. Happy WW, Molly. Oz
OMP (oh my pig!) We are squealing here at the Hotel Thompson. That was hilarious my friend! Way to go in the air. We would definitely fly with them... okay my humans would, I'm keeping all hooves on the floor - snorts. XOXO - Bacon
I wonder if she really does that for the passengers or just to keep herself from getting bored of the same old safety speech? Either way it's brilliant! How do I request a flight with her?
Molly, we saw that on TV and thought it was so funny. We cannot believe you are sleeping through it. XO, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giuletta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo
You look soooo comfortable! The Flight attendant was funny. Mommy had a funny one years ago on an Alaska Airlines flight to Puerta Vallarta. Sure makes you more relaxed. Smooches from pooches, BabyRD & Hootie
