Dog House Blog, Tagged On Typing Thursday!

We were tagged by the wonderful Critter Alley Blog.

My second tag is the incomparable Molly the Wally. I don't know any other four-footer who can write an entertaining and delightful blog post every day, not to mention all her numerous other writing credits. She's pawsitively prolific.

So we thought we'd have some fun and answers their questions. As we so agree that she who must be obeyed ignored is pawsitively prolific which means she suffers from verbal diarrhoea we will take over instead.

1.What am I working on?

My great literary tome, "Meals From The Field'. A gastronomic homage to road kill and assorted vermin. On successful publication I will be bringing out my own perfume range 'Stinky Goodness' with the catchy slogan, 'you'll know you'll want to roll in it'.

2.How does my work differ from other of its genre?

Because it is all about me, myself and I, three of my favourite words. I never have been prone to opinionated outbursts or hissy fits. I have no diva tendencies whatsoever but when writing do insist on
Cristal champagne.
one box of bendy straws.
one special attendant to dispose of chewed slippers.
two boxes of Pukka pies.
cable television.
two 6ft sofas
and six fluffy cushions on each, colour white.

3 Why do I write what I do?

For my mental  health. The trials and tribulations of human ownership is enough to send you barking and leave you dog tired.  It is important to develop the ability to push the boundaries as far as needed to achieve the desired objective when owning a biped.

4 How does the writing process work?

Catch some zzzz's, then take a nap, followed by a little kip and maybe a touch of shut eye too if I can squeeze it into my bust schedule.

Thank you Critter Alley.

We pass this on to the wonderful Jackie Bouchard whose greats reads can be found here Rescue Me Maybe and What The Dog Ate and her fun blog Pooch Smooches.

And

To Sugar for Sugar's Furry Friend and their pawtastic blog Sugar The Golden Retriever.

We simply say you both ROCK!

  2. You nailed it Molly - owning a human is indeed so tiring and nothing we dogs should take on lightly - I mean to say we could be out in the fields hunting and scavenging, rolling in month old dead stuff (sheer joy) but instead we take upon ourselves to care for the humans - who frankly can't find the car let alone the keys without us :)
