Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light,
The blue and the dim and the dark cloths
Of night and light and the half-light,
I would spread the cloths under your feet:
But I, being poor, have only my dreams;
I have spread my dreams under your feet,
Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.
Have a wonderful Wednesday all. And a big warm Happy Birthday to my hard working DOGA instructor Stella over at Mollie & Alfie's place. We hope you have a pawsome birthday. You are a star.
We suspect that the England team are going to make a lot of Scots very happy in this World Cup. Please be nice to Gail just now as she suffers from sitting in an office with three younger male Scots, all with a keen interest in football. Toodle pip! Bertie.
I'm with Jose, that was really a sad thingy last sunday... My mom said she will join the yogoz-crew, that's her favorite position. Have a super wednesday, paws are crossed for the british lions next tuesday
Ha, we love it, Molly. And probably all too true. :-P
(Our human is watching bits of various matches, but soccer/football isn't as big in North America as it is in other parts of the world. She doesn't hold out a lot of hope for England, but hey, you never know. Miracles happens, right? LOL.)
Oh Molly, we have been watching all the World Cup futbol matches (I say futbol because daddy-dog is Colombian). We were so happy Colombia won (and of course, the USA won their first game - though we were yelling at them through the telly the whole time)...and were surprised at England's performance. Brasil v Mexico was interesting yesterday. Happy Wednesday.
Sorry if this is a duplicate comment :/ Those poor kids. It's hard to see stuff like that. I wish I could help every one of them, just like the suffering animals of the world. On a brighter note, so many of us took part in the yoga today! Stella must have been laughing all day!!! ღ husky hugz ღ frum our pack at Love is being owned by a husky!
Hi hi hi! Ojo here! My littlest person is OBSESSED with those games with that special Ball in them. I wish she would get off the couch and play with the Ball with me instead! (Or perhaps I could go to where those men are playing? They wouldn't mind me joining the game and chasing the Ball, would they?)
Hawahwhahhwhahwhahhhaaaaw , thank you Molly and Mum for the lovely Birthday wishes. That will be me later LOL. xxxxoxxxx
