Dog House Blog, Tasty Tuesday Epic Fail!




Remember for Valentines I decided to make 

SHOW SOME ART ON MY HEART SHAPED COOKIES.

for my peeps and then I decorated them and they were supposed to look like this.........but ended up like this...............



Well we thought today as it is tasty Tuesday we'd visit the wonderful world of Pinterest where everything looks fabulous .............well not in my world!

 Less bunny rolls more squished squirrel!



Fortification fail! Did the cat get the kit Kat?



Caterpillar cup cake versus monster from the blue lagoon!


Sunny side up versus breakfast a la Picasso!


More of a snail trail if you ask me!



Less macaroni cheese more macaroni sleaze! 




Yep a wreath it is as some cake has died!


Waffles versus Awfulls!


Cookie Monster Indeed!


And lastly this sums up my peeps.



Now that's my kind of Pinterest! Have a tasty Tuesday all and don't forget Sugars' Tasty Tuesday over here for lots of ideas for treats that even we can make.

    Hahaha... oh pinterest. We have a love/hate relationship lol. Hopefully some of that food at least tasted good. It all gets chewed up anyways. I think your cookies look nice! ;)

    BOL Molly, those photos made my day! Since my mama knows that what she makes will turn out like these, she sticks to just pinning stuff and never doing it usually... how sad that is? But.... as long as your cookies tastes good, it is a success!

    Sure, those other "might" have looked pretty, but we love the thought of someone, maybe you, creating a REAL FOOD Pinterest group. We bet yours tasted better too. Our Mom was literally drooling over the snail trail. Us? We wanted to nibble the bunny rolls...Purrs....

    You had me cackling like a made hen here Molly, we have had some huge cookery fails in this house, I can tell you - my most epic failure has to be sausage rolls - they always come out looking like a dogs bottom and taste about as appetising - no offence! Betty

    Oh, did this make us LAUGH!!! The bunny roll is actually one our mom did pin on Pinterest -- this may have saved her from some embarassment. :)
    We're playing catch-up again. Sorry we got so behind! Between Cammie, the garden, and life in general, Mom's having a hard time keeping up!!!

    Oh Molly sometimes it is better to fail at these than to succeed. If you succeed everybody and their dog are asking you to contribute to their parties. My Lee learned the hard way after taking cake decorating classes.
