Is your pet guinea pig tired of wandering around the house unarmored and vulnerable? Do they get picked on by other guinea pigs? Has your guinea pig ever wanted to go with you to a Renaissance Faire but had nothing to wear? Fear not! A solution is here! That's what eBay user mightys0x wrote in the description of his charity auction for a handmade guinea pig scale suit of armour and helmet. As of last week, the rodent-sized suit of armour received 156 bids, bringing its auction price to whopping $24,300. The product description said 100 percent of the profits go towards Metropolitan Guinea Pig Recue, a non-profit organization in Virginia dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding new homes for unwanted guinea pigs. What better way to do that than by suiting your pet up in metal and taking on the world? I immediately had visions of a guinea pig jousting contests with carrot batons as lances. They can eat them afterwards.
I of course have my own set of armour namely Lancelittle!

Oh Molly, we just had to go back and thank you for this dedication because we had seen you had dedicated it to us but Melon was in one of her moods and said we'd have to come back later (sigh) but we're happy to be remembered as your piggie friend! I sure would love that armour, maybe I'd get a few less pats that way, I'm not really a fan of touching!
