Dog House blog, Tattoo Thursday!

Molly The Wally Says Think Pink!

A tattooist was fined just £300 for inking this botched design of Marilyn Monroe onto the arm of a hairdresser. With her dense curly hair and awkward pose, the figure looks nothing like the Some Like it Hot siren. The hairdresser reported the tattooist to the police after claiming the design looked more like a blow-up doll. LOL here are some more that should get reported to the Po-Po.

Every singel one a gem. Have a tremendous Thursday all.

How is it that they didn't check before getting tattoo'd?

  2. Education is a wonderful thing......
Cripes, I can't imagine having that done and then finding a spelling mistake.
Molly, how on earth does your mum dress you up like that - our mum is looking at us with a terrible glint in her eye.

  25. Hey I have lots of tattoos, and tattoos like these are one of the reasons why I made shure I did my research before I let anyone tattooed me! What a horrible mistake these people made. Thank goodness laser tattoo removal exists!

  26. We see a lot of these around here. I cannot compute the idiocy of the tattooist. There is a tv show over here (not sure if they show it in UK yet) called Bad Ink. Its where these two guys parol the strip in Las Vegas looking for people with really bad tattoos and offer to fix it for them. And they really do an awesome job of covering up or fixing the errors. AMAZING work!

  27. BOL. Even I can spell better dan dat!

  28. Not smart on either part, the tatooist that can't spell and the person that doesn't make sure what is going to be permanent on their body is correctly done!

    ReplyDelete
  29. That is some strange looking ink Molly!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Don't the artists draw/print the tattoos first before actually inking the tattoo so the client can approve?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Hi Molly - so sorry not coming often last weeks here to set a comment - today this post is - like all your others before - for me very strange but funny - where do you find all this? Love to read this stories - but I don´t like tattoos - because when I will be older - my brain turns his mind - and then? My poooooor poor skin ;-)
Have a friendly evening with the humans around you

  32. What the...? Were these tattoo artists non-English speakers? Where are the tattoo editors? Are people really THAT bad at spelling? Great dawg...call the po-po not just on the artists but the people who got the ink. Idiots.

  37. Holy bully sticks! Those are serious mistakes that you can't just "fix"! Awful, but humorous!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Wow... I think I'd be "pissed" and that's putting it lightly! Of course, I wonder how much English some of these tattoo artists spoke that did these things? My bro-in-law got a Texas flag on his arm and apparently the artist got the colors in the wrong place... so he had to try and fix it.

  39. Hi hi hi! Ojo here! What's in your hair, girl? And what are those things on the people? People are weird.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Yikes! I would not be very happy at all if I were those people.

  41. Eeek did they go to drunken tattoo artists ?? Oh my !

    ReplyDelete
  42. Lady is laughing cause she is a bad speller and can imagine her doing something like that! Lee and Phod

  43. You have Mommy truly rolling on the floor "laffing" at all those "offel" tattoos, BOL! Seriously, spelling is SO important...but so is artistic talent. That poor lady with the creepy NOT Marilyn Monroe tattoo. Note to self...never get a tattoo with words unless you get the design spell checked and look at previous works of the guy with the needle & ink. Have a great Friday my friend!!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Oh no, the terror of hiring a dyslexic tattoo artist! I am not sure what the guy's excuse is for the Marilyn Monroe one though... looks like it was done by a 10 year old. At least all those tattoos are one of a kind though right? lol Happy Friday to you Molly!

    ReplyDelete
  45. Oh that's funny and sad at the same time. And girl I have to say you rock the hair rollers.

    Aroo to you,
    Sully
