We May Have The Sickies But It Is Turkey Thursday!

As she splutters and sneezes her way through the day making noises like no other, it is all I can do to find a quiet spot to take a well earned break from nursing duties. Now over in a rescue centre in Orange County this little kitty has been aptly named Turkey.

Do you make noises when you eat? I love a good crunch. Have a tremendous Thursday all and hopefully back to full throttle tomorrow or I will be trading the staff in for a fitter, younger more energetic model. You just can't get good staff these days, ho hum.

  1. Hello dear Molly,
this kitty is so sweet! I make a lot of noises before I get my food, while I'm waiting for it! I sing and sigh all the time, because the human is sooo slow in her moves! When I eat you hear only the sound of my slurping noises, but I am very fast and it does not take long until I finish!

  12. Oh Molly - I hope your human gets to feeling better soon. There's nothing like having a sick human around the house. They make the most awful sounds - snorts. People 'say' that I eat like a pig. I don't get it. XOXO - Bacon

  18. Never quite heard a cat or dog sound like a turkey when eating! That was pretty interesting! Riley doesn't make noises when she eats, but she moos like a cow in her sleep. She's done that since she was a little puppy. So silly.

  26. Our Tending to the PEEPS is a very Tiring Duty fur SURE. Does your mum sound like an elephant trumpeting??? THAT is what our mom always sounds like when SHE gets the sickies... NOT a Gentle sound on our Ears.
OMD Molly you should hear ERNIE... when he eats Raw Carrots... THAT is actually WORSE than mom TRUMPETing... It sounds like a... {{{SHIVER}}} Squirrel Cracking Nuts...

  38. Hi Y'all!

I do so hope you aren't too warn out from your nursing duties! I'm keepin' my paws crossed.

As for the post you asked about...most any post of mine would be fine, but I do have a rather fun one going up tomorrow, Friday. It has lots of different animals in it, not just me. Thought it might be fun!

As for a nominee, if they haven't already done it, 2browndawgs gives a view of the working Chessie. If they've done it before let me know.

    Thank you Molly.

Hope your peeps get well soon! This is not a fun time to be sick, not that there is a fun time, cause there isn't.

    Y'all come back now,
