Hog Blog A Pukka Problem Continued

Molly The Wally The Chef. A spot of cooking.

Things are hotting up with the hot pie tax.

Signed the petition ‘By George, The Tax Is Too High On The Pie, Oik’! Now bakers and food chains are planning to mobilise angry pie and pasty fans to block the new levy. Protesters will convene on Baker Street and march on to Pudding Lane where they will hear guest speaker The Pilsbury Doughboy address the crowd. Desperate Dan will also speak out against the tax and there will be free samples of cow pie for all fans. As resentment festers Pinkie Pie from ‘My Little Pony’ stated that she would buck the butt of ‘By George’ all the way out of office. We are warned that the Government say that the dissent could spark a “panic at the pie shops” but don’t worry no one has any petrol to get there.

  2. Sing a song of sixpence for I’m going to cry,
Four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie.
When the pie was opened the birds flew on the wing,
Oh it wasn't a dainty dish to set before the king?
The taxman was in his counting house counting out his money,
The Government was in parliament thinking it rather funny
The maid was famished after working and couldn’t afford a snack
Pinkie Pie from ‘My Little Pony’ stated By George you'll get a smack!
